These policies are designed to help you get the medication you need on time. Standard refill policies allow you to refill or renew a prescription medication when there should be 25% to 35% of your current prescription left. You can use the mobile app to show your prescription ID number at your pharmacy or doctor’s office. Price a Medication

You can view the status of your order online. Order status is available once your prescription has been received. But, you can still get your medication delivered to where you are.

If this happens, we’ll return your original, unfilled prescription to you as soon as possible and explain why we couldn’t complete your order. It’s always helpful to ask questions when you talk with your health providers. Try to stay on track with your medicine for as long as your doctor tells you — even if you begin feeling better.

The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan helps to manage your costs, by spreading them over buy drugs multiple months. Many companies, including healthcare and banking organizations, use processes like this to protect your personal information. We’ll send a confirmation code to the email registered to your account. Two-step verification keeps your Express Scripts account safe by adding more security.

You may also choose to fill at other in-network pharmacies. For information on available refills, you need to contact the pharmacy you use to get your medication filled. Express Scripts Pharmacy dispenses most brand and generic maintenance medications in a 3-month supply.

Prescription Plan Rules & Coverage

If your medication requires specific temperature control, we use special packaging and coolant packs, adjusting for weather forecast and climate. We just need your prescription. Once we have your prescription, we’ll take care of the rest. If you receive medication that has broken or damaged packaging, is written in a foreign language, has no expiration date or is expired, report it to the FDA. Exercise caution if the pharmacy insists on unconventional payment methods, such as wire transfers or cryptocurrency, as these can be indicative of fraudulent activity.
